1970s Unpolished Cartier Ellipse 18K Large Model 78091 "Paris" Dial

Beautiful unpolished Cartier Ellipse 18k yellow gold  78091 "Paris" dial, dating back to the mid 1970s. It's the large version featuring a 28x32mm stepped case - just perfectly proportioned.
 
Case: Excellent unpolished case with it's factory finish clearly visible. The 18k gold developed some patina with moderate signs from use.
 
Dial: Original white enamel roman dial with "Paris" printed at the bottom showing a perfect lacquer surface and some gentle stains. The crystal has some small scratches.
 
Bracelet: New black leather strap with it's genuine gold-plated buckle.
 
Movement: The manual winding movement has been carefully checked by our watchmaker, running strong.
