1980's Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Day Date 25572BA "The Owl"

Once again we are very pleased to offer you such a potential grail watch: Absolutely stunning and rare example of the Royal Oak Day Date Ref. 25572BA aka "The Owl" 18k yellow gold in outstanding and all original condition. For us, the 36mm RO's have always been the perfect sized watches and this one in particular has a gorgeous appearance on the wrist.
 
Serial: 2XX (1980's)
 
Case: Sharp and probably unpolished case with original chamfers clearly visible, showing some wear from use. The "Gerald Genta shape" is fully in tact ;)
 
Dial: Original small tapisserie dial in perfect condition - as well as the original hands. It's a correct, early "no lume" dial with the sought after vintage AP font and the already mentioned small tapisserie. It developed a beautiful creamy hue.
The bezel of course remains crisp as well with sharp edges, showing some signs of wear.
 
Bracelet: Original integrated 18k yellow gold bracelet in very good condition and only minimal stretch. Comes with 22 links in total.
 
Movement: Carefully checked by our watchmaker, running at COSC.
 
Accessories: Vintage AP box.
