1980s Unpolished Cartier Santos Carrée 2961 "Burgundy" Box & Service Papers

Another excellent and unpolished example of the highly collectible Cartier Santos Carrée 2961 with rare "burgundy" dial in perfect condition, dating back to the 1980s. The 29x41mm case makes it a perfect midsize for men as well as women. The distinctive ‘screwed’ bezel and integrated Santos bracelet are executed in 18k yellow gold. It comes with Cartier service papers from 1996.
 
Case: Very good unpolished case with factory bevels well preserved. Showing moderate wear from use.
 
Dial: Original swiss made "burgundy" lacquer dial in 100% flawless condition, showing NO spider effect or cracking. The 18k bezel also remains untouched with normal wear from use.
 
Bracelet: Original MK1.1 integrated santos bracelet in mint condition, showing no visible stretch. It comes with 21 links in total and fits up to a 18,5cm wrist.
 
Movement: The automatic movement has been carefully checked by our watchmaker, running perfectly.
 
Accessories: Original "butterfly" box, Cartier service papers from 1996.
