Outstanding and super rare Cartier Tank Louis Jaeger-LeCoultre “Paris” dial, executed in 18k yellow gold. Dating back to 1969 this Tank Louis is from the era before Cartier’s acquisition in 1972, powered by a Cartier signed Jaeger 818 manual wind movement. It’s the large version featuring a 23×30mm case with crisp production numbers and edmond jaeger hallmarks engraved.
Case: Excellent vintage case, showing light wear from use and sharp hallmarks. The correct long cabochon remains in flawless condition.
Dial: Original white enamel “paris” signed dial in good condition with some signs of aging and marks around the middle.
Bracelet: Black Leather strap on it’s genuine vermeil buckle.
Movement: Carefully checked by our watchmaker, the manual wind movement keeps accurate time.
