Razor sharp, unpolished Cartier Santos Carrée 2961 with the highly sought-after slate grey “ghost” dial, dating back to the mid 1980s. Unlike many other pieces available it still carries the period correct “swiss only” dial. The 29x41mm case makes it a perfect midsize watch for both men and women. The distinctive “screwed” bezel as well as parts on the integrated bracelet are executed in 18k yellow gold.
Case: Excellent, unpolished case with it’s factory bevels clearly visible, showing moderate wear from use. The brushed 18k bezel remains unpolished as well with normal signs of wear.
Dial: Original swiss only slate grey “ghost” dial in flawless condition without any noticable patina. The golden printings are sharp and perfectly preserved.
Bracelet: Original MK1 integrated Santos bracelet in excellent condition, showing only very little stretch, if any. It comes with 21 links in total, fitting up to a 18-18,5cm wrist.
Movement: The automatic movement has been carefully checked by our watchmaker, running strong.
