Very good, unpolished Cartier Santos Octagon 2966 with the sought-after “burgundy” dial, dating back to the 1980s. Still not as popular as the Santos Carrée, it’s a very affordable midsize Cartier with it's unique octagonal shaped case, measuring 30mm. The distinctive “screwed” bezel as well as parts on the integrated bracelet are executed in 18k yellow gold.
Case: Unpolished case with prominent chamfers and moderate wear from use.
Dial: Original “swiss only” burgundy dial in excellent condition with a nearly perfect lacquer surface. The 18k bezel remains unpolished as well, showing some signs of wear.
Bracelet: Original integrated Santos bracelet in very good condition, showing only light stretch for it’s age. It comes with 19 links in total, fitting up to a 17,5cm wrist.
Movement: The automatic movement has been carefully checked by our watchmaker, running strong.
