1981 Cartier Santos Carrée 2960 18K "Or Massif" Factory Diamonds Full Collectors Set + New Service
Very nice and sought-after Cartier Santos Carrée 2960 “Or Massif” executed in 18k yellow gold with rather rare factory diamond setting on the bezel as well as on the endlinks. It comes as mega Fullset from 1981 including it’s original receipt (sold at the Cartier Boutique in Stuttgart, Germany for astonishing 20.500,00 “Deutsche Mark”) and even the correct Or Massif butterfly box. This watch not only remains in very well preserved condition but is also a true collecters item with all the paperwork coming along with it. It’s the large version, measuring 29×41mm. In addition the watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
Case: Excellent sharp case with prominent bevels and average wear from use.
Dial: Original white roman "swiss only" dial in flawless condition without any noticeable patina and a perfect lacquer surface. The 18k bezel with it’s 36 factory diamonds remains in great condition as well.
Bracelet: Original 18k yellow gold santos bracelet with factory diamonds on the endlinks in excellent condition and only light stretch for it’s age. It comes fully linked (22 links in total), fitting easily up to a 18.5cm wrist.
Movement: The automatic movement has been fully serviced by our watchmaker, running strong.
Accessories: Original guarantee card (sold 1981 in Germany), correct “Or Massif” butterfly box, original sales receipt, booklets, service papers, red folder.
