1990 Near NOS Cartier Santos Dumont Extra-Plate 18K 821054 Pre CPCP Fullset
Impressive like NOS Cartier Santos Dumont Extra-Plate 821054 from the pre CPCP era, executed in 18k yellow gold. Coming as Fullset directly from the original owner, who bought the watch in Italy back in 1990. It’s the large model featuring a 27×36mm case. This crazy time capsule has not been on the wrist for more than a handful of times as it spent most of it’s time in the safe. Therefore it developed a beautiful red patina all over the case. It even came with it’s factory caseback sticker in place which we decided to peel off. This fresh to the market piece is truly a collectors dream come true. It probably won’t get any better ;)
Case: Perfect, unpolished case with beautiful red patina and close to no visible wear from use.
Dial: Original white enamel “swiss” only dial in mint condition with a perfect lacquer surface.
Bracelet: Original and lightly worn burgundy Cartier strap with it’s genuine vermeil buckle.
Movement: The manual wind movement has been carefully checked by our watchmaker, running great.
Accessories: Original certificate (sold 1990 in Italy), box, booklets, red folder.
